Due to the nature of our products:
No returns or refunds are allowed for 925/999 silver coins.
No refunds are applicable on gold and silver coins or bullion products.
Jewellery products are wearable items and are generally non-returnable.

A full unboxing video is compulsory to raise any refund or damage claim.
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.
No claims will be accepted without proper video proof.

If the package appears tampered, do not accept the delivery.
Take clear photos and report immediately to our team.

β Cancellation Policy
Orders for 925/999 jewellery cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
A 5% cancellation and processing fee will be deducted.

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your request, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within
10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time
